This Pinot Gris is made in a complex, Alsatian style. Think red apple skin, earthy citrus, and ginger spice. Its refreshing acidity is balanced with a slight pucker framing the fruit with a delightful texture.
A beautifully clean, pure nose of ripe melon, lemon zest, and white peach with a lick of vanilla and toast from the oak. This has texture balanced with a mouth-watering acidity giving a classic, elegant style of Chardonnay to suit all occasions.
The way we make amphora White. 80% Fiano, 20% Greco, crisp lemon and pear skins on the nose, quince, chamomile and lemon oil on the palate with gripping acidity and freshness.
Fermented in both French oak and clay amphora, this wine is a complex dance of textured tannins with flavours of cider apples, grapes, and William Pear, highlighted by aromas of orange blossom and perfume.
Made from one of Geelong's original vineyards, this wine is one that we hold very close to our hearts. It is vibrant with lemon grass, fresh herbs on the nose, and a touch of toasty oak coating the background.
