NADESON COLLIS
Since its inception in 2006, the Nadeson Collis Sparkling wines have been a range we have held close to our hearts, originally created as something for us to share and enjoy with family and friends. From these humble beginnings, the range has slowly expanded to four distinctive Sparkling wines, now regularly enjoyed by our wine club members and visitors to cellar door.
This year marked a milestone - for the very first time, we submitted Nadeson Collis to the Halliday Wine Companion for review. The results.. Absolutely thrilling!
18+ years in the making, Nadeson Collis are the brain child of husband and wife winemakers Ray Nadeson & Maree Collis. This is the latest addition to the range, a 2020 vintage Saignee de Rosè comprising 42% Pinot Meunier, 39% Pinot Gris and 19% Pinot Noir.
This current release of NADESON COLLIS ‘Inception’ is predominantly Chardonnay and predominantly from vintage 2022. Following 12 months barrel maturation this 'grower style' sparkling is aged for 36 months on lees in bottle before being disgorged with zero dosage. This current release was disgorged in May 2026 - Only 965 bottles disgorged.
