This wine will have you tasting white nectarine, citrus, hazelnuts and delicate lime flowers on the palate. It is made in the Lethbridge house style, using indigenous yeast, and 100% barrel fermented, which adds spice and complexity to this flavoursome wine.
This is a have-your-cake-and-eat-it wine! It delivers robust flavours and perfume without losing structure and drinkability. This wine is rich and complex yet vibrantly fresh and tight. The palate is stunning - a gorgeous lemon ginger-infused clotted cream character, savoury and with super length.

This wine is our Lethbridge take on ice wine! We have frozen our Riesling and Gewurztraminer juice and removed the water, leaving just the good stuff to ferment. This wine has a gorgeous sweet palate with and fresh acid and marmalade finish.
