Made in a complex Alsatian style, small batches are wild fermented in new French oak. Some portions have a touch of skin contact. Aged on fine lees in foudre before being bottled young and fresh.
This B5B Red blend is a riot of crushed fruit aromas with an underlying savoury edge. Its backbone is Nero d'Avola with Sagrantino with Lambrusco, Saperavi and Shiraz giving this wine a beautiful aromatic lift. Think light, crunchy and complex all rolled into one. It is simply delicious.

The base of the 2022 B5B White is Vermentino; we split this into two parts and fermented separately. Riesling & Fiano juice at different stages as a way of increasing texture and complexity while maintaining fruit vibrancy.
