This wine is our Lethbridge take on ice wine! We have frozen our Riesling and Gewurztraminer juice and removed the water, leaving just the good stuff to ferment. This wine has a gorgeous sweet palate with and fresh acid and marmalade finish.
This wine will have you tasting white nectarine, citrus, hazelnuts and delicate lime flowers on the palate. It is made in the Lethbridge house style, using indigenous yeast, and 100% barrel fermented, which adds spice and complexity to this flavoursome wine.
Our estate Pinot is a true and beautiful expression of Geelong fruit; it pulls you in with its aroma of mushroom, and earth, enticing with some exotic dark cherry and wet leaves. You can expect flavours of dark cherry with undercurrents of earth and spice on the palate. Flavour, body, and finish are built to drink on release or age.
This wine has a beautiful power; its flavour profile is dominated by rich dark cherry but retains beautiful acidity. The Hat Rock Vinyard's black clay gives it a great, dark, umami, brooding character.
The limestone base at the Suma Park sight gives this Pinot an almost oyster shell aroma and a moreish quality to the wine. It has an elegant richness that is pulled back into place by a minerality and brininess from the limestone deposits.
These grapes are sourced from the North facing Merricks, Mornington Peninsula vineyard on red volcanic ferrous eroded basaltic soils. It is elegant on the nose, expressing restrained raspberry and red cherry. The palate continues with red cherry fruit, grilled peaches and hints of herb and spice.
From our very special Lethbridge 'Block 4', this wine is richly textured, heady with powerful red berry and maraschino cherry fruit, and licorice with sweet spices over vanilla and smoke.
From a very cool, long ripening season, this wine shows all the hallmarks of cool-climate Shiraz. White pepper, rosemary & cooking spice on the nose, delicate black fruits and more pepper on the palate, a delicious medium-bodied wine.
Our 2018 Lethbridge Rebenberg Shiraz is a true reflection of this extraordinary vineyard. This is a generous, but not excessive, full and round compote of black fruit and fine-grained tannins.
