This is another spectacular wine originating from the Doeven’s Henty vineyard. The fruit is hand picked, whole bunch pressed into new French oak for fermentation, then aged in 50% new oak for 11 months, during which time the wine undergoes a full malolactic fermentation. The cool climate and schist soil on limestone creates a wine of high acidity, freshness and minerality. 200 bottles remaining

Fresh plums, red berries, blackcurrant, and a hint of dried herbs. Deliciously drinkable, crunchy and vibrant with puckering bubbles. Fermented and rested in 800lt Tuscan, handmade amphora.
