The Story:

“Our home block provides huge intensity and structure, although very low yielding it has a finesse while retaining an ability to age.” Ray

Winemaking:

Indigenous fermentation with 50% whole bunches, matured in 50% new French oak barrels, un-fined and unfiltered.   Note – Same winemaking practices applied to all batches.

The Wine:

From our very special Lethbridge 'Block 4', this wine is richly textured, heady with powerful red berry and maraschino cherry fruit, and licorice with sweet spices over vanilla and smoke.
