Fermented in both French oak and clay amphora, this wine is a complex dance of textured tannins with flavours of cider apples, grapes, and William Pear, highlighted by aromas of orange blossom and perfume.
This wine will have you tasting white nectarine, citrus, hazelnuts and delicate lime flowers on the palate. It is made in the Lethbridge house style, using indigenous yeast, and 100% barrel fermented, which adds spice and complexity to this flavoursome wine.
These grapes are sourced from the North facing Merricks, Mornington Peninsula vineyard on red volcanic ferrous eroded basaltic soils. It is elegant on the nose, expressing restrained raspberry and red cherry. The palate continues with red cherry fruit, grilled peaches and hints of herb and spice.

The limestone base at the Suma Park sight gives this Pinot an almost oyster shell aroma and a moreish quality to the wine. It has an elegant richness that is pulled back into place by a minerality and brininess from the limestone deposits.
