We are partnering with Melbourne’s coolest artisan chocolatier, ‘Hunted & Gathered’ to bring to you a masterclass in which you can explore this classic pairing. In the first flight, compare the spiciness of Geelong Shiraz with the richness of Shiraz from the Pyrenees, learn more about the impact of oak maturation. In the second flight, taste our range of super premium single vineyard Shiraz from 2022. In a year where our Lethbridge Shiraz block was devastated by hail, we got by with a little help from our friends.. small parcels of premium fruit from Bannockburn (Geelong), Malakoff (Pyrenees), Hoffmann (Barossa) and home block Indra.
