We are taking up the tradition of Paella Fiesta; it is about time. One large pan, chilled Amber wine, dozens of friends, and a beautiful summer's day, what could be better?
This event will be a celebration of amber wines, where you will participate in a classic Lethbridge benchmark tasting with Ray, followed by a delicious paella lunch paired with a glass of your favourite amber wine. We will be sharing some of our personal favourites, from Between Five Bells to Il Modo, with the inclusion of other leading ambers in the industry. You can expect a full-blown amber affair, and we can't wait to see you there!
