2024 Estate Riesling

The Story: Riesling is finally experiencing a well deserved resurgence in popularity among wine lovers. The plethora of styles  available, combined with its availability to be paired with a variety of foods should make Riesling a go to wine. At Lethbridge we have been working with this Noble variety for nearly two decades and in this time experimented with many styles, from dry to sweek, sparkling to amber. This Riesling follows one of our well travelled roads. 

The Wine: Sourced from a single cool climate vineyard in the King Valley. Wild fermented partially in large format oak with the remainder in wild fermented in stainless steel, the ferment is kept cool to retain delicate aromatics. Extended aging on lees to increase complexity before bottling with a touch of residual to balance the high natural acidity.
