From the 1981 planted Rebenberg Vineyard at Mount Duneed, whole bunch pressed, fermented in new French oak and matured in 100% new French oak for 13 months.
Made in a complex, Alsatian style. Light salmon colour with flavours of red apple skin, earthy citrus, and ginger spice. Refreshing acidity is balanced with a slight pucker giving the wine texture to frame the fruit.
