Pruning Nearly Done

It's been a cold couple of weeks in the vineyards for us but we will have all the pruning done in record time! We have been concentrating our efforts on pruning and tying down canes as a priority to get ready for winter and we should have all of the Lethbridge and Mt Duneed vineyards finished this week.

Winter is definately on its way, as you can see from the fog in the vineyard this morning, but we are also finding some Autumn lambs among the vines at the moment. With all of the wines settling down for Winter we have started pruning and vineyard maintenance around Lethbridge. At least the sheep will do the mowing for us over the next few months.
